Profile

Rob Ferriol, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and Special Operations community, cut his driving teeth on the dirt roads of rural South Carolina before he was legally old enough to drive. During his high school years, Rob was considered a local thrill ride, accepting invitations to race anything with four wheels along those same dirt roads. After moving away to join the Marines, he switched to two wheels, and could be found attacking apexes both on and off track in the hills of Hawaii. It wasn’t until he became a successful entrepreneur that he found his way into a proper GT car (Porsche 911) and onto a proper road course (VIR). Since 2014 Rob has focused on developing his race craft on courses throughout the eastern U.S., collecting multiple wins along the way. After a strong showing at the 2017 NASA Eastern States Championship, he is looking forward to furthering his development as a driver and competitor in the 2018 IMSA GT3 Cup Challenge. Rob is married with three children, including a budding kart enthusiast.
